Emerald Necklace Garden Club hosted a workshop for elementary age children at the Brecksville Library on November 17, 2025. Children learned how to cut pumpkin shapes, paste layers together, fold the layers and then open layers to form a sculpture pumpkin. ENGC members and parents were on hand to assure everyone’s pumpkin was beautifully formed.

Succulent Workshop at Brecksville Library
October 11, 2024

Workshop hosted by ENGC introduced kids and an adult companion to succulents
Children selected a succulent plant from a variety of types
Planted succulents were watered

Fall Fest - September 29, 2024 - Brecksville Metropark - Kids and their parents made 440 arrangements at ENGC's "Posies in Pots" Booth

Members filled small cat food cans with Oasis to hold flower arrangements
Guests waited in line in spite of the constant showers to make their arrangements
Every arrangement was unique
